One of the UK’s top Building Consultancies is recruiting for their growing Birmingham Building Consultancy team and is looking for a Chartered Senior Building Surveyor. The role involves a range of professional services with projects such as the British Museum in London, Fabrick Square in Birmingham, and Snow Hill Wharf in Birmingham, with project values exceeding £15m. The team comprises 25 Building Surveyors in Birmingham, led by a management team of 3. You will join a collaborative team that values honesty, expertise, and professionalism.

The ideal candidate should have experience in a consultancy background, particularly in building pathology. You must be able to work collaboratively with your team and manage your own schedule. Additionally, you will assist in the training and development of junior team members.

Person Specification:
