My client, an established and growing firm of PQS, seeks a PROJECT SURVEYOR who will be from just chartered to around 2 years PQE to join them in the City area of London in their trendy and friendly office. They have a great range of clients including developers, investors, and occupiers, with much of their workload involving new building office buildings, refurbishment, upgrades, and CAT B fit out of large offices. They also have a growing number of projects for residential and hotel developments. You will be involved in all aspects of the PQS role, performing both pre and post contract work. My client is already a good size and is growing, offering excellent prospects for further promotions.
My client is a well-known firm of PQS with top-end clients. Currently, they have two UK offices. Clients include Blue Chip Developers, investors, and occupiers.
You will be a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS qualified), from just chartered level through to around 2 / 3 years post-qualified. You will need to have good pre and post contract experience. You should be able to work with limited supervision but as part of a friendly team. Good client-facing skills are essential. You should have a stable work record. You must have excellent English, both written and spoken, along with good IT skills.
Salary is in the region of £55,000 to £70,000 plus RICS fees, pension contribution, discretionary bonus, life assurance, health insurance, 30 days holiday (+ bank holidays), sports & social events, and an interest-free season ticket loan.
