Who are we: We are Hadrian - a cybersecurity startup. A force reshaping the future of cybersecurity. Founded in August 2021, we’ve secured €20 million in funding and the backing of ABN AMRO Ventures, propelling us into a new era. Our goal is to provide companies with a real-time Exposure Management platform, viewing security through a hacker's eyes because, well, hackers understand hackers best. We continuously map the digital footprint of organizations, discover risks, and prioritize remediation for security teams to harden their external attack surfaces. Located in Amsterdam's buzzing Leidseplein and by London’s famous Paddington Station, our diverse team from 20+ countries is on a mission to revolutionize security. Join us in securing over 200 businesses and be at the forefront of automated offensive security.

Your Role: As the Channel Sales Manager - EMEA, you will directly report to the VP of Sales - EMEA and you will be responsible for shaping and executing Hadrian’s channel strategy in the region. You will lead the partner team, build a structured partner program, and drive channel sales across EMEA, with a hands-on focus on the UK and DACH markets. Your expertise in cybersecurity, deep understanding of regional partners, and leadership experience will be essential in transforming Hadrian into a channel-first organization.

What you will do as Channel Sales Manager - EMEA at Hadrian:

  • Drive Partner Acquisition and Engagement: Recruit and onboard key MSSPs, VARs, SIs, and consultancies in the UK and DACH markets.
  • Develop a Scalable Channel Program: Define and implement a structured partner program, including partner Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), tiering, and enablement strategies.
  • Pipeline and Revenue Growth: Ensure that partner-driven deal registration and closed/won business contribute significantly to Hadrian’s sales pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to co-create go-to-market strategies, partner-specific campaigns, and enablement initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Execution: Utilize analytics to measure partner performance, optimize processes, and refine engagement strategies.
  • Lead the EMEA Partner Team: Build and manage the partner ecosystem, ensuring alignment with Hadrian’s business objectives.

You are fit for this job because you have:

  • 5+ years in cybersecurity sales with a strong understanding of security solutions, market trends, and partner ecosystems.
  • At least 2+ years of experience leading a global (minimum two sub-regions within EMEA) partner program, with UK and DACH as core regions.
  • A proven ability to lead and scale a partner team, including experience in partner strategy design and execution.
  • Familiarity with methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Sandler, or similar.
  • A strong ability to collaborate across departments, communicate effectively with senior leadership, and execute strategies with precision.
  • Have built a partner ecosystem for a successful scale-up or disruptive cybersecurity company.
  • Have experience working in a startup environment with a track record of making a significant impact.
  • Hold cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, etc.).
