What You’ll Need to Succeed

1. Lead the analysis, identification, design, prioritisation and implementation of future processes and business changes to improve business operations and services.
2. Work with stakeholders to model future processes and gather requirements.
3. Lead meetings and workshops with stakeholders.
4. Lead efforts to resolve project challenges, conflicts and blockers.
5. Use captured information and ideas to help with the creation of key digital outputs and investment cases.
6. Where appropriate, support the evaluation of technology solutions using understanding of future requirements.
