What you\’ll need to succeed

1. Lead the analysis, identification, design, prioritisation, and implementation of future processes and business changes to improve business operations and services.
2. Work with stakeholders to model future processes and gather requirements.
3. Lead meetings and workshops with stakeholders.
4. Lead efforts to resolve project challenges, conflicts, and blockers.
5. Use captured information and ideas to help with the creation of key digital outputs and investment cases.
6. Support the evaluation of technology solutions where appropriate, based on understanding of future requirements.
