The Company\’s normal opening times are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm, Saturday 8.30am to 5.00pm, and Sunday until 4.00pm. Working hours to be discussed at interview.

Holiday:
20 days per year, plus statutory holidays.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure customers receive excellent service and care to minimize complaints.
- Achieve all sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain cleanliness of the Centre and equipment.
- Increase sales of products and services according to procedures.
- Recruit and interview all employees for the Centre.
- Identify training needs for employee development.
- Support other Centres as needed.
- Adhere to Company Policies & Procedures including Health & Safety, Compliance, and Stock Control.
- Follow reasonable instructions from Management.
- Wear the provided uniform, kept clean and presentable.
- Coordinate with Head Office and other Departments.
The role reports directly to the Regional Manager.
