What You Will Do

The role involves servicing Security Systems, including Access Control & CCTV, for a large commercial customer base in North London and surrounding counties. Our Service Engineers are responsible for maintaining security systems to industry standards, providing exceptional customer service, and demonstrating industry-leading technical knowledge. The successful engineer will proactively identify and resolve issues. How You Will Do It

  • Provide excellent customer service, exceeding expectations of both internal and external clients, and maintaining effective relationships.
  • Service devices safely and responsibly to prevent injuries, property damage, and material loss.
  • Manage your time efficiently, prioritising jobs appropriately.
  • Complete engineer work reports, handover certificates, BSIA certificates, or checklists accurately.
