Job Description:
- Plan, prepare, and cook nutritionally balanced and tasty meals to the required standard.
- Organise and control the operation of the kitchen, ensuring food quality, presentation, and service meet standards.
- Produce menus and manage stock levels, including ordering processes.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and health and safety procedures at all times.
- Enhance the company's reputation for excellent food and service with clients and customers.
- Carry out company bookwork as required.
- Support the company's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults, including obtaining an enhanced DBS disclosure.
- Contribute to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment where every individual is treated with respect and fairness.
