About the role

As a Town Planner, you will be involved in preparing, submitting, and negotiating planning applications, with opportunities to develop your career in residential, commercial, energy, and mixed-use projects. Senior roles may include lodging appeals and representing clients at hearings.

Qualifications and experience

• Chartered MRTPI or working towards it
• Proven planning experience in consultancy, private, or public sectors
• Experience with diverse project types and planning applications
• Ability to coordinate teams and maintain client relationships
• Local knowledge of the Edinburgh region preferred; relocators considered
• Full UK driving license and access to a car preferred
