We are seeking Care Assistants to provide practical support and personal care to individuals within their own homes in the Sefton area, including Bootle, Netherton, Maghull, Litherland, and surrounding areas. No experience is required; training will be provided.

Position Details:

• Location: Sefton and surrounding areas
• Salary: £12.60/hour weekdays, £13.00/hour weekends (Real living wage employer)
• Shift Patterns: Breakfasts and Lunches / Teas and Beds
• Mileage: 45p per mile allowance included

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide personal and domestic care to enable service users to retain independence at home.
• Promote good care practices, respecting dignity, independence, and cultural, spiritual, religious needs.
• Meet the physical, social, and emotional needs of service users as per care plans, promoting independence and life skills.
• Collaborate with other staff, agencies, and community nurses involved in care.
• Assist service users in improving daily living skills, using equipment when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records and report significant changes to the Line Manager.
• Work flexibly within a team in the community, following policies and promoting anti-discriminatory practices.
