Role Purpose: This role connects clients with Bank of America\’s solutions to help achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities include balancing service requests with sales opportunities, understanding client needs, and recommending suitable financial products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and deepen client relationships by understanding their financial needs
- Respond to inquiries with tailored solutions
- Sell banking products such as checking & savings accounts, credit cards, loans, etc.
- Identify client needs for licensed sales and refer to relevant partners
- Quote rates and terms for banking solutions
- Manage risk in transactions using available tools
Skills and Requirements:
- Relationship building and customer service skills
- Telephone sales and active listening
- Ability to multitask and handle objections
- Intermediate computer proficiency
- Passion for improving clients\’ financial lives
- Ability to engage empathetically with clients

Preferred Experience:
- Financial services background
- Sales, cross-selling, or upselling experience
- Experience in contact centers or as a Personal Banker
Training and Schedule:
- Start Date: Monday, October 7, 2024
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00am-5:30pm EST
- Shift: 1st and 2nd shifts available (closed on Sundays)
- Hours per week: 40
