Role Purpose: This role connects clients with Bank of America's solutions to help achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and deepen client relationships by understanding their financial needs
- Respond to inquiries with tailored solutions
- Sell banking products such as checking & savings accounts, credit cards, loans, etc.
- Identify client needs for licensed sales and refer to relevant partners
- Quote rates and terms for banking solutions
- Manage risk in transactions using available tools
