With offices in the UK, USA and South Africa, we are a growing Travel Management Company specialising in the charity, academic and not-for-profit sectors, and we are proud and passionate about what we do.
Our Operations Team provide a high-level service to Academic and Charity clients to support them in their vital work around the globe. We are currently recruiting Business Travel Consultants to join the team and are interested in applications from experienced Business Travel Consultants as well as candidates who are interested in learning the role. You will receive comprehensive training covering all elements of the role including our reservations systems and processes. In return you will receive some fantastic benefits, including:
- An attractive salary between £28k and £30k (dependent on experience), plus OTE bonus (uncapped, links to performance)
- 31.5 days holiday (this includes working bank holidays) rising to 32.5 days after 1 year service

Required Qualifications:
- A passion for travel with demonstrable energy and self-motivation
- Experience dealing with high volumes of email and call requests processing complex travel bookings
- Previous experience working as a Business Travel Consultant (desirable not essential)
- Experience of nett fares, including air passes and RTW fares (desirable not essential)
- Good CRS knowledge – Galileo preferable but training can be given
- The ability to achieve individual and team targets

Hours of work are, 1 week, 3 days a week (Mon-Fri), 7.45 hour shift between 7am – 9pm, 1 week, 3 days in the week (Mon-Fri), 7:45 hour shift between 7am -9pm, Sat and Sun, 12 hour shift between 7am -9pm. The role may be based at either our central Manchester office on a hybrid pattern (3 days in the office), or from home (UK).
