Business Travel Consultant – Homebased UK Wide

Salary and benefits: Competitive salary DOE plus bonus & excellent benefits. Contract length: Permanent, Full time. Locations: UK wide and home-based.

Our client is a specialist Travel Management Company, with more than 5000 customers globally and over 40 years of experience. They are a market leader, valuing compassion and service. As they continue to grow, they are looking to add more Business Travel Consultants to their homebased team.

This role offers the chance to work with a diverse and rewarding client base, arranging travel to almost 200 countries worldwide.

A minimum of 12 months business travel reservations experience is essential, along with high customer service standards and good worldwide geography knowledge.

Role of Business Travel Consultant:

• Handle all travel requirements for a specialist client base
• Arrange and book complex flight itineraries
• Respond to calls and emails professionally
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Communicate effectively with clients at all levels
• Offer advice on routes and fares

Skills required:

• At least 12 months experience in a business travel reservations role
• Proficiency with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre
• Good worldwide geographical knowledge
• Strong organisational skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
