Assistant to the Managing Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure housekeeping in all offices, with particular attention to Reception, Meeting Rooms, and the Boardroom. Liaise directly with the cleaning company.
- Manage paperwork and business card requirements.
- Organise and maintain diaries, and make appointments.
- Organise and attend meetings, ensuring the manager is well prepared. Take dictation and minutes during meetings.
