About Our Client

Our client, a well-known and growing business based in Crawley, is looking for a Business Support Administrator to join their Admin & Secretarial team.

Job Description

Business Support Administrator – Crawley

  • Assist the sales team with answering internal and external queries.
  • Manage all office administration tasks, including record keeping of information related to customers, suppliers, staff, etc.
  • Support processing of orders from customers and handover to the Delivery team.
  • Ensure all outstanding orders are delivered and invoiced at the end of each month, and follow up as necessary.
  • Maintain company information systems with personnel, financial, and other data.
  • Perform general housekeeping responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of the office.
  • Assist with scheduling and organising meetings and events, taking minutes, and making travel and accommodation bookings.
  • Manage visitors to the UK office.
  • Support the coordination of business events.
  • Propose and implement office and business improvement ideas.
  • Assist the Business Unit Manager with ad-hoc tasks as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful applicant will have some experience with the above and ideally be available on short notice.

What\’s on Offer

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000

Hybrid work arrangement.

Free Parking.
