The Business Risk Senior Analyst is a seasoned professional role. It applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributes to the development of new techniques, and improves processes and workflows for the area or function. The role requires an in-depth understanding of how areas integrate within the sub-function and how they coordinate to meet business objectives. The analyst evaluates moderately complex issues with substantial potential impact, weighing various alternatives and balancing conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Strong analytical, communication, and diplomacy skills are essential. The individual often assumes leadership roles within teams, coaches and trains new recruits, and influences decisions through advice and facilitation. The performance of teams is directly affected by this individual\’s performance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the Global Change Management (GCM) process to ensure accurate and timely delivery of key changes
  • Creating and managing end-to-end calendars with critical steps, dependencies, and dates
  • Hosting kick-off calls with change owners to gather stakeholders, assess impacts, and identify project leads
  • Helping change owners craft clear messages addressing stakeholder questions, including Legal & Compliance
  • Building partnerships with change initiators, channel leads, and stakeholders
  • Providing ongoing training and awareness to change owners and stakeholders
  • Facilitating cross-functional meetings and developing analytics to track process effectiveness
  • Contributing to workflow system enhancements and process improvements
  • Operating independently with limited supervision, exercising judgment and autonomy
  • Acting as SME to senior stakeholders and team members
  • Assessing risks in business decisions, ensuring compliance, and escalating issues as needed

Qualifications include:

  • Project management experience in financial services, control compliance, or legal disciplines
  • Experience with workflow systems
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
