Summary : As the Business Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for helping the Sales organization solve problems, create value, maximize growth, and improve business performance. You are expected to use your business skills to provide objective advice and expertise to help your team design and implement business processes.

This position works closely with Sales Managers, Directors, and Vice Presidents to serve as a point of contact in measuring, analyzing, escalating, and solving issues related to your team’s sales performance and overall execution.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform and study operational & strategic analyses for your designated territory
2. Proactively track and analyze activities and metrics
3. Oversee sales performance issues until resolved
4. Prepare territory planning analysis to define hiring needs and drive market segment insights
5. Oversee allocation of sales and business unit resources to drive productivity
6. Partner with cross-functional teams to address process improvement, education, and performance issues
7. Pilot and conceptualize new programs to test the effectiveness of different sales roles and compensation plans
8. Maintain territory and CRM alignment

Requirements:

• BA/BS required, preferably with a quantitative focus (Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science)
• Minimum 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in an Operations, Sales Strategy, or Analytics role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to work effectively across global teams and multiple functions
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing multiple initiatives effectively
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, combined with strong business judgment
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and proactively follow through
• Willing and eager to learn
• Fluency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel skills
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• German language skills are a plus
