Role Overview
We are seeking two Business Improvement Partners to support our growth. This role involves analyzing processes, data, managing projects, and developing strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance service quality. You will work closely with central functions and divisions to ensure seamless collaboration and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives and manage projects.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Utilize methodologies like lean and six sigma to drive efficiency and quality.
- Prepare reports and presentations for findings and recommendations.
- Analyze data to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Standardize workflows to enhance efficiency and manage costs.
- Provide updates to senior management on progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate across departments to identify and facilitate improvement initiatives.
- Monitor operational performance and take corrective actions as needed.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates will have a degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Business, or similar, with a strong understanding of continuous improvement principles, operational expertise, and proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills are essential for building relationships and driving initiatives.
