Job Description:

The Business Director is responsible for leading a team of direct reports to deliver best-in-class OOH planning for our clients and agencies. They will foster strong relationships with senior agency and client contacts to achieve billings growth targets, innovative work, and commercial objectives. THIS ROLE IS FOR A 12-MONTH MATERNITY COVER.

THE ROLE

The Business Director will lead, motivate, and nurture a high-performing team. The successful candidate must have proven leadership and team management credentials, excellent OOH knowledge, and evidence of innovative thinking that has yielded business value for clients.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven experience leading and managing direct reports within your current team.
  • Experience working on large and demanding accounts or with agencies.
  • Excellent client servicing skills, with a track record of building strong relationships at a senior level.
  • Proven results in driving commercial success.
  • Strong strategic planning skills, with experience in large strategic responses for agencies and clients.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
