We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position with a flexible remote setup, where you’ll focus on generating new business opportunities across the South of the UK (United Kingdom). As a self-driven individual, you will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, identifying key decision-makers, and meeting quarterly acquisition targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive New Business: Generate growth within your assigned territory by engaging with prospective clients and securing new business opportunities.
- Client Engagement: Effectively communicate our service’s benefits through a structured approach, tailored to the needs of letting agents.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong partnerships within your region, becoming a trusted advisor to clients.
- CRM Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and client information using CRM tools and data systems.
- Strategic Time Management: Manage your schedule effectively to maximize productivity while ensuring timely follow-ups and client engagement.
- Company Representation: Uphold the company’s values and reputation in all interactions with clients and partners.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Client Success, and Customer Operations) to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about competitors, industry trends, and market dynamics to remain competitive and provide value to clients.
- Networking: Attend regional events to build a robust network and foster new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Currently BASED in the UK (United Kingdom)
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or Manager, preferably in the property or service industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key decision-makers.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively, ensuring targets are met.
- Ability to work autonomously, with self-motivation and drive to succeed.
- A valid UK Driving License and the ability to travel within your region.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales data management.
