Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position with a flexible remote setup, focusing on generating new business opportunities across the South of the UK. As a self-driven individual, you will build and nurture client relationships, identify key decision-makers, and meet quarterly acquisition targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive New Business: Generate growth within your assigned territory by engaging with prospective clients and securing new business opportunities.
  • Client Engagement: Effectively communicate our service\’s benefits through a structured approach tailored to the needs of letting agents.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong partnerships within your region, becoming a trusted advisor to clients.
  • CRM Management: Keep accurate records of leads, prospects, and client information using CRM tools.
  • Strategic Time Management: Manage your schedule effectively to maximize productivity and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Company Representation: Uphold the company’s values and reputation in all interactions.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about competitors, industry trends, and market dynamics.
  • Networking: Attend regional events to build a network and foster new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Currently based in the UK
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in property or services
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and target management
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
  • Valid UK Driving License and regional travel ability
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
