ABOUT THE ROLE

A field based / hybrid role, working closely with the Sales Director, expanding the business into Midlands and Manchester Construction Markets. Looking for someone specifically with relationships with Tier 1 Main Contractors that work on high rise projects in the Midlands and North West.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

  1. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships within the built environment.
  2. Ability to spot opportunities and maximize their value.
  3. Connections / relationships with Tier 1 Main Contractors.
  4. High levels of organizational skills, including updating customer records.
  5. An extensive network of relevant industry contacts that can generate projects.
  6. Understanding of the need to hit the ground running.
  7. Possessing high levels of initiative while working as a positive contributor to the wider team.
  8. In-depth understanding of the Design & Build sector.
