COREcruitment is working with a dynamic and fast-growing multi-site bar group, known for their vibrant venues, engaging events, and top-tier hospitality. The venues offer a unique blend of immersive social experiences, premium cocktails, and expertly curated events. They are looking for a passionate Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and maximise revenue through private bookings, corporate events, and strategic partnerships.

As a BDM, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong industry connections, and ensuring our venues remain top-of-mind for corporate and private clients. You will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to enhance brand awareness, secure high-value bookings, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales & Business Development
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase private event and corporate bookings.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event agencies, and key stakeholders.
    • Secure high-value bookings, partnerships, and sponsorships to maximise revenue across multiple venues.
    • Maintain an active pipeline of leads and convert them into long-term partnerships.
  2. Client Relationship Management
    • Serve as the main point of contact for corporate and private clients, ensuring seamless event execution.
    • Organise and host networking events, venue showcases, and site visits to attract potential clients.
    • Provide tailored solutions to meet client needs while ensuring high service standards.
  3. Marketing & Brand Development
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and promotional campaigns.
    • Identify opportunities for brand collaborations, influencer partnerships, and industry events.
    • Represent the venues at networking events and hospitality industry conferences.
  4. Reporting & Strategy
    • Track and analyse sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
    • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.

Key Requirements

  1. Proven experience in a sales, business development, or events management role within hospitality.
  2. Strong network within the London hospitality, events, and corporate sectors.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
