We are looking for a Business Development Manager to support the growth of our B2B outsourcing services across the UK. This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional with strong experience in B2B sales, especially towards corporate and enterprise clients, and with a passion for relationship-building, networking, and driving commercial success.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building strategic relationships, and expanding our client base in the UK market. You will play a hands-on role in all phases of the sales cycle—from lead generation and first contact to negotiation and contract closing. Your activities will be focused on outsourcing services, including business process outsourcing, shared services, and potentially nearshore/offshore models. You will work independently while closely collaborating with internal teams to ensure the right solution is presented to each client.

Key tasks include attending networking events and industry meetups, conducting outreach through email and social channels, engaging in social selling, and managing your pipeline through CRM tools. Success in this role will be measured by the quality and volume of client engagements and closed opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Native-level English fluency—both written and spoken—is mandatory.
