Job Title: Business Continuity (Operational Resilience), London

This is an opportunity for a Business Continuity / Operations Resiliency Specialist to collaborate with an innovative and progressive insurance specialist.

Working with the Operations Resiliency Director, you will focus on robust operations and resilient objectives aligned with business strategies, ensuring continuity in the face of disruptions from any source in an ever-changing operating environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and deliver analysis of Business Continuity Management to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
2. Coordinate with global Business Resilience activities to ensure alignment, including dependency mapping and reliance on systems, people, and locations.
3. Ensure compliance with organizational resiliency, regulatory, and policy requirements, supporting their implementation.
4. Develop and implement new controls and procedures in response to regulatory changes, business feedback, operational risks, and technology updates.
5. Review policies, procedures, and checklists to ensure they are robust, scalable, and meet evolving business needs.
6. Facilitate scenario testing activities in line with testing requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience and understanding of UK Operational Resilience regulations and Business Continuity.
• Experience designing and conducting resilience exercises.
• Experience managing multi-country Business Continuity programs.
