We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to help set up and deliver robust, structured reporting and analytics for Amazon Transportation Services (ATS), including Air, Line-haul, and Sortation. You will be a key contributor to shaping strategic initiatives by providing tools and insights to drive projects and support business decisions.
This role offers an exciting, challenging opportunity given the growth and increasing complexity of the European transportation network. You should have an eye for detail, be proficient in SQL/Python, and excel at solving complex data and reporting challenges. The role requires effective communication with cross-functional teams regionally and globally.

Key job responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and coordinate quantitative data; create reports and dashboards to identify business improvements and cost reductions,
- Perform root cause analysis to uncover core issues and assist in process improvements,
- Develop and recommend policies, processes, and programs to enhance organizational profitability,
- Establish and maintain accurate operational and business metrics,
- Communicate reporting and analysis to senior stakeholders,
- Develop and maintain performance indicators at scale,
- Collaborate with data source providers and tech teams to ensure data accuracy and automation,
- Manage complex priorities and provide guidance during ambiguous or unexpected events.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field,
- Experience writing complex Excel VBA macros,
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent,
- Experience defining requirements and using data to draw insights,
- Experience with SQL or ETL processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Tableau,
- Experience handling very large datasets.
