Job Description:
The B2B IT Delivery team provides the governance and delivery execution of cross-functional programmes and projects for Virgin Media O2 Business & Wholesale. We focus on Market Development, Wholesale, New Product Development and Business Transformation initiatives.
As a Business Analyst (BA), you’ll work independently to deliver business analysis activities and deliverables for all sizes of Business Change projects or programmes. You’ll also work closely with business stakeholders in order to understand strategic business objectives and to support the delivery of new product developments and business changes to meet our customers’ business needs.

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience:
- Experience in business analysis (BA) in a multi-disciplined and commercial environment or experience within a project setting, with transferable skills and a keen interest in developing a career as a BA.
- Successful delivery of business analysis/project management deliverables across complex, cross-functional business change projects from start-up to implementation.
- Knowledge of a variety of Business Analysis tools and techniques.
The other stuff we are looking for
We’d also love you to bring:
- Experience of working in a telecom or media services organisation.
- Previous experience of working within an Agile environment.
- ISEB Business Analysis Diploma, IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), IIBA Certificate of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) or equivalent.
