The Building Surveyor Consultancy is known for being an award-winning and employee-first Building Consultancy, and they are now looking for a Building Surveyor to join their Marylebone office. The Building Surveyor will work across high-end Commercial and Residential sectors, offering expertise in a wide range of property-related services. They are currently seeking a determined Building Surveyor to join their expanding team.

The Building Surveyor Role

The Building Surveyor responsibilities will include carrying out technical due diligence, dilapidation surveys, and residential surveys, as well as providing support in contract administration and project management on a variety of projects. The Building Surveyor will play a key role in delivering a broad range of professional surveying services, supporting senior surveyors and assisting in managing projects across both residential and commercial properties.

Key Requirements:

  • BSc/MSc Building Surveying or Real Estate management
  • An interest in professional services and projects
  • Ideally experience in Commercial and Residential sectors
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • An interest in residential surveys, technical due diligence, and dilapidation surveys is highly desirable
  • A proactive attitude, keen to learn, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • RICS accredited or working towards chartership is a plus

What Would Be the Offer?

  • Progression made clear to Senior within 12 months - salary up to £62K
  • Bonus of £8,000 - £10,000
