Responsibilities

You will be responsible for delivering an exciting and unique service to all current and potential customers. To maximize sales opportunities, you should be confident in making connections with customers, passionate about eyebrow styling, demonstrating products, and committed to winning repeat business through make-up lessons and appointments.

Duties Include:

• Sales Goals: Achieving individual sales goals by making connections with customers, demonstrating products, performing brow treatments, and booking repeat appointments.
• Brow services: Waxing, Tinting, and Tweezing to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat bookings. Full training will be provided to make you a Brow Expert.
• Teamwork: Supporting team members to meet counter and business needs.
• Promotions and Special Events: Assisting with in-store and external events, including product launches and charity events.
• Administration: Completing daily and weekly worksheets and assisting with counter management tasks.
• Hygiene and Housekeeping: Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the counter and displays.

Qualifications
