Responsibilities
Position Summary
You will be responsible for delivering an exciting and unique service to all current and potential customers. To maximize sales opportunities, you should be confident in making connections, passionate about eyebrow styling, demonstrating products, and committed to winning repeat business through make-up lessons and appointments. This role is suited for someone with at least 2 years of sales experience. This is a mobile role, working across various locations with travel expenses covered by the company. Full flexibility on working days is required.
- Sales Goals: Achieve individual sales goals through customer engagement, product demonstrations, brow treatments, and booking repeat appointments.
- Brow services: Waxing, Tinting, and Tweezing to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat bookings. Full training provided.
- Teamwork: Support team members to meet counter and business needs.
- Promotions and Events: Support in-store and external events, including product launches and charity events.
- Administration: Complete daily and weekly worksheets and assist with administrative tasks.
- Hygiene and Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter and displays.
- Traveling: Travel between locations in London, Heathrow Airport, and Bicester Village, with all travel costs covered.
Qualifications

Salary: £13.63 per hour for the mobile role. All travel costs are covered.
