Are you an experienced London Market Broker with proven experience placing Israeli and/or Middle Eastern risks?

Are you keen to join a highly specialist, market-leading team working from our world-class Global Broking Centre in the heart of the London Insurance Market?

What the day will look like

• Negotiation and placement of renewal and new D&O and management liability contracts
• Thoughtful use of insurance capacity to deliver optimal results for clients
• Ensuring compliance through our processes
• Developing insurer relationships
• Providing high-level service and technical expertise to clients
• Preparing and leading market presentations
• Supporting network offices with technical expertise, utilizing our legal team
• Drafting, reviewing, and issuing insurance contracts using appropriate platforms
• Developing our business
• Supporting business development strategies
• Leading or contributing to requests for proposals
• Representing Aon and aligning with corporate objectives

We are open to candidates with understanding and appreciation of broking Israeli and/or Middle Eastern risks, even if they lack direct D&O experience, provided they are eager to learn and immerse themselves in D&O.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Proven experience within the insurance industry at a Broker or Insurer, with established market relationships and knowledge of the Israeli/Middle Eastern region
• Technical insurance knowledge
• Understanding of London insurance market dynamics and core processes
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of compliance and FCA regulation
