Objective

Increase brand recognition and positive perception within the sector. Grow website traffic, social media engagement, and email marketing conversion rates. Contribute to brand marketing activities to generate leads and revenue growth.

Key Duties

1. Define and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to strengthen the company\’s market position.
2. Plan and implement targeted marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and events, ensuring consistency.
3. Develop product positioning and messaging strategies.
4. Analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, category, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment.
6. Ensure all branding efforts comply with corporate guidelines and enhance brand equity, including developing brand guidelines.
7. Develop and manage customer retention and engagement strategies through digital and offline channels.
8. Monitor and analyze key brand performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
9. Manage the brand marketing budget to ensure cost-effective campaigns.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in brand management, marketing strategy, and digital engagement.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven project management skills.
