BRAND MARKETING MANAGER (ONLINE STREETWEAR BRAND)
EAST LONDON
UP TO £60K
4 DAYS HEAD OFFICE BASED
SCREENSHOT OF ROLE
- Ideate, create and manage a disruptive brand strategy that resonates deeply with our community, driving growth and innovation across all key channels; currently social media, newsletters, activations & events.
- Own and manage our brand marketing calendar overseeing all marketing activity for the brand.
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Social Media Strategy Manager to ensure both alignment and the impact of industry-leading campaigns are maximised across our owned, paid and earned channels.
- Project manage the day-to-day implementation of all channel strategies, building schedules and timelines to ensure all deadlines are achieved within the required timeframes.
- Analyse and translate performance, market trends, data, consumer needs and the competitive landscape into actionable insights that increase performance across our key channels.
- Actively manage the team to ensure the strategy is executed to the highest possible level and marketing campaigns are optimised to their full potential.
- Ideate, apply strategy to and oversee the management of impactful experiential brand activations, from ground-level guerilla-style activations to events and OOH campaigns, you’ll be working on innovative ways to grow brand awareness beyond digital.
- Oversee the management of PR coverage and influencer gifting, ensuring it’s in line with our brand vision and targets are being achieved.
- Manage and support the development of Marketing Team members, inspiring and motivating them to achieve exceptional results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Build and maintain an understanding of industry trends to make informed recommendations on brand and collection marketing briefs.
- Identify new and emerging channel opportunities to grow the brand in key markets.
A GOOD FIT

- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- 3+ years of experience managing a team
- Strategic and creative thinker with proven experience in creating ground-breaking marketing
- Strong analytical skills to ensure creative formats and plans are optimised for platforms to drive scale and engagement
- Excellent project management skills, demonstrating experience of successful strategic planning, analytical decision making and delivering projects on time and in full
- A strong understanding of key channels to ensure content is delivered with channel best practices in mind
- Depth of experience managing multiple campaigns across the owned, paid and earned channels
- Obsessed with trends and creating culture and trends through format, design and content-led experimentation
- Experience designing, developing and executing ambitious guerrilla marketing campaigns
- Experience working in a fast-paced, creative environment, with a record of delivering successful projects in a timely manner
- Based in London
