Create a brand new Brand Image for a Recruiting Business

We are launching a new recruitment business and need a professional brand identity designer to craft a logo, establish our color palette and typography, and produce a brand guidelines document to ensure consistent brand representation.

Scope of Work:

• Logo Design
  • Research and conceptualization: Understand our target audience, unique value proposition, and industry standards.
  • Initial sketches: Provide 3-5 initial concepts.
  • Revisions: Allow for up to three rounds of revisions based on feedback.
  • Final deliverables: Provide high-resolution files in different formats (e.g., .PNG, .JPEG, .EPS, .AI) and variations (full color, monochrome, white on transparent, etc.)
• Color Palette & Typography
  • Develop a color palette that reflects our brand’s values, messaging, and audience. Provide HEX, RGB, and CMYK codes for each color.
  • Recommend and select primary and secondary typefaces that align with our brand. Please include web-safe fonts if necessary.
• Brand Guidelines Document
  • Introduction: Overview of the brand, mission, vision, and values.
  • Logo guidelines: Specifications on logo placement, spacing, what not to do, and variations.
  • Color guidelines: Detailed breakdown of the color palette, usage, and examples.
  • Typography guidelines: Fonts to use for headings, sub-headings, body text, and any other specific text elements, with usage examples.
  • Usage examples: Show how the logo, colors, and fonts work together on potential applications (e.g., business cards, web pages, advertisements).
  • File delivery: Provide a digital copy (e.g., .PDF) of the brand guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in brand identity design with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to incorporate feedback.
• Familiarity with the recruitment industry is a plus.
