Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a Brand Consultant – Kering to join its thriving Sunglasses department in London – Knightsbridge. Our culture is based on inclusivity; we embrace diversity. Whoever you are, Harvey Nichols has a place for you. As the new Brand Consultant, you will work 40 hours a week in our flagship store.

- Provide expert style advice about your brand to our customers
- Deliver a memorable 5* customer experience
- Be a proud ambassador for the brand and make sure you are maximising sales to our customers
- Show we are obsessed with style by making sure your department looks amazing and is merchandised really well
- You will know everything there is to know about your brand and be able to share your thoughts on current / future trends
- Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it
- Flexibility is a must; customer service can’t wait during weekends and evenings

- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience working within the luxury retail environment, attracting new customers, and maintaining the highest standards within the industry.
- You are stylish, fun and welcoming, with a passion for fashion.
- Great knowledge and passion for all things fashion.
- Excellent communication skills.
