We are looking for a customer driven individual to drive our customer service efforts. By putting our customers at the heart of everything we do, you will be accountable for building candidate relationships, ensuring candidate retention, and driving fill rate by booking candidates into shifts.

We work in partnership with each of our trusts to support staff shortages across the wards seamlessly and efficiently. Our highly skilled healthcare professionals work with us because we’re able to offer them opportunities at some of the most prestigious NHS Foundation Trusts and hospitals in the UK.
Every day you will:
- Engage with candidates by proactively reaching out to check their availability, identify suitable candidates for priority shifts and encourage them to update their future availability.
- Keep an up to date understanding of candidates’ skills and experience as well as the expectations of management within the trusts.
- Collaborate with your Team Leader and Bank Business partners to gain insights and updates on priority areas, driving activity as needed.
- Address and resolve candidate queries promptly and efficiently.
- Successfully drive booking activity, working closely with the Team Leader to achieve targets.
