Salary: £40,600 – £61,000 + car / allowance + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

We are seeking a highly skilled Smart Buildings Commissioning Engineer. You will play a critical role in delivering key projects to our clients. The role is field-based covering London and the South East, supported by our team in Egham.

The successful candidate will be driven and technically confident to deliver BMS projects using the latest technologies across sectors like commercial offices, healthcare, and data centres.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Commissioning BMS and Control systems as outlined by the Project Manager.
• Developing software strategies and graphics engineering.
• Performing wiring checks, plant start-ups, providing technical support, and troubleshooting system defects.

What do I need?

• Experience with commissioning BMS and Control systems, especially Siemens PX and Trend IQ4 controls.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills to maintain strong relationships.
• Ability to craft software strategies and graphics professionally.
• Valid driving license due to travel requirements.
