This role is for an experienced Binding Authority Operations Technician within a rapidly growing Binders team. As a member of the Binding Authority Operations team, you will be responsible for managing the various servicing requirements for assigned client accounts. This includes, but is not limited to, Bordereaux processing, Contract preparation, Coverholder Compliance and Support, and Statistical analysis.
Main Responsibilities
Full ownership of allocated Coverholder accounts, including but not limited to:
- Drafting New and Renewal Binding Authority Agreements and mid-term Endorsements.
- Updating ATLAS and DCOM.
- Processing Contracts and Premium Bordereaux through internal systems and IMR.
- Corresponding with clients regarding Contracts, Reporting and Premium settlements.
- Providing Underwriters with various Bordereaux and Premium updates.
- Reviewing Risk Level Data and preparing reports for Underwriters.
- Updating and Maintaining Internal Broking System Records.
- Updating and Maintaining Monitoring Spreadsheets.
- Supporting and training less experienced Team Members on all of the above.
- Additional duties as may be required from time to time.
What do we need from you?
We are looking for someone who has demonstrable experience in managing all aspects of Lloyd’s Binding Authorities, including:
- Preparing Binding Authority Contracts
- Using ATLAS and DCOM
- Experience using DA SATs/DDM is preferred but not required
- Experience in reviewing and processing Premium Bordereaux
- Using the IMR/dealing with Xchanging.
- Using Broking Systems (such as Brokasure)
- Liaising with Underwriters and Clients.
- Dealing with risk reports.
