This role is for an experienced Binding Authority Operations Technician within a rapidly growing Binders team. As a member of the Binding Authority Operations team, you will manage servicing requirements for assigned client accounts, including Bordereaux processing, Contract preparation, Coverholder Compliance and Support, and Statistical analysis.
Main Responsibilities
- Full ownership of allocated Coverholder accounts, including drafting Binding Authority Agreements and Endorsements, updating ATLAS and DCOM, processing Contracts and Bordereaux, and corresponding with clients.
- Providing Underwriters with Bordereaux and Premium updates, reviewing Risk Level Data, and preparing reports.
- Maintaining internal records and spreadsheets.
- Supporting and training less experienced team members.
- Performing additional duties as required.
What do we need from you?
We seek someone with experience managing Lloyd’s Binding Authorities, including:
- Preparing Binding Authority Contracts
- Using ATLAS and DCOM
- Experience with DA SATs/DDM is preferred but not required
- Reviewing and processing Premium Bordereaux
- Using IMR and Xchanging
- Using Broking Systems like Brokasure
- Liaising with Underwriters and Clients
- Dealing with risk reports
