We are looking for a BIM Technician to join the team in our client\’s Cardiff office, conveniently located with free parking. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your Engineering / Consultancy career with one of the leading independent building services and sustainability consultants.

This role involves working across different sectors within Building Services Design, including: Commercial, Education, Sports & Leisure, Healthcare, Residential, Aviation, Public, Arts, Heritage, and Hotels.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in BIM modelling and coordination across various disciplines in Building Services Design.
• Experience automating modelling and model administration.
• Understanding of improving design and delivery efficiency.
• Experience producing 2D & 3D models across various sectors and project stages.
• Experience with MagiCAD is desirable but not essential.
• Proficiency with Navisworks, Revit, and AutoCAD.
• Drive for personal development.
• A passion for design and sustainability.
