What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and manage the production of the group’s monthly billing accuracy reporting submissions.
- Act as a key contact with Consumer, Business, and other business units for matters relating to performance reporting and the group’s wider billing compliance programme.
- Provide insight based on analysis of source data to help drive improvements in billing accuracy.
- Act as a key contact with BT’s external assessors for annual billing accuracy performance audits.
- Lead and manage a programme of process improvement leveraging new data, analysis, and reporting tools to deliver a future-proofed solution for BT group M&B reporting.
- Own all risks around the production of the M&B Compliance reporting suite and manage appropriate mitigation tasks to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely delivery.
