- Manage an account portfolio of approximately 140+ monthly invoices.

- Identify and develop process improvement concepts.
- Be proficient in all billing systems used by clients and assist with cross-training of Analysts.
- Act as a mentor for junior team members.
- Prepare weekly reports on your billing pod.
- Resolve client disputes within 45 days.
- Deliver invoices via email and through various client-assigned e-billing platforms.
- Work closely with internal time approvers to generate monthly client invoices and monitor delays effectively.
- Ensure adequate follow-up to guarantee timely payments from clients.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of billing/e-billing experience; law firm experience is a big plus.

- Ability and willingness to prioritize and meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimal direction, adapting to changing priorities.
- Experience supporting client-facing teams and resolving issues.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, growing company.
- Strong executive presence and ability to communicate at multiple organizational levels.
- Experience in team coordination.
Axiom’s total rewards include a transparent and equitable approach. The annual base salary in Belfast ranges from £31,500 to £34,250. You will be eligible for a cash bonus plan targeting 15% of your base salary, subject to experience, contribution, potential, and market considerations.
