Job Description:

Proposal Manager / Bid Manager / Tender Writer / Bid Writer | Investment Banking | London – Hybrid 3 days in the office, 2 from home | £/day Inside IR35.

Our client (an Investment Bank) is looking for someone to join their team, writing bids and tenders and managing the Bids and tenders process. This is for an initial contract to the end of March (with the possibility of an extension).

Your background will be in Bids and Tenders, RFIs and RFPs, working closely with the sales teams to prepare the bids so that they will meet with the client\’s needs. They use Qvidian – but aren\’t too worried with which system you use to prepare and manage your bids – they are more interested in your skills with bid writing and bid management. They\’re a Bank- but your experience could be from an IT or Outsource firm – as long as you\’re great with bids and tenders.

Your experience will include:

• Bid and Tender Writing and Management
• Experience in RFIs and RFPs
• Qvidian or similar
• Professional Bid Writing – such as IT, Outsourced Services, Banking, etc

This would be working 3 days per week in the office in central London and 2 days from home.

£/day inside IR35 (so you\’ll be working via an Umbrella company)
