Job Description:
My client is an interior design company that offers innovative and inspiring total solutions for working environments. They offer workplace solutions for offices, schools & healthcare, with a focus on design, ergonomics & sustainability. Their reputation within the market is outstanding.
Due to continued success, they are now seeking a Bid & Tender Coordinator based at their London or Langley office.
What you will do as a Bid & Tender Coordinator:
- Take ownership of the tender process.
- Co-ordinate the tenders, RFI’s, RFQ’s and RFP’s responses internally.
- Correspond with the tender team for corporate/in-depth processes information.
- Work closely alongside your colleagues to gather the information.
- Plan workloads and timescales by setting deadlines for each part of the tender process.
- Assist in the specification of the clients’ and 3rd party products.
- Quality assure all tender responses.
- Responsible for managing all the portals and ensuring framework agreements are kept up to date.
- Have a graphical eye to ensure all presentations and submissions showcase the best of the brand and offering.
- Additional presentational work to aid the design team, such as O&M manuals, Product pack specifications, and Product presentations.

What skills you will need as a Bid & Tender Coordinator:
- 2+ years’ experience working with tenders.
- Graphic design degree or relevant knowledge.
- Copywriting qualification (not mandatory).
- Highly proficient in InDesign.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills.
- Good written skills.
- Good knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe.
- Understanding of AutoCAD – Not essential.
