Shaw Healthcare is looking for Support Workers to join the team at The Hawthorns. You will be part of a dedicated team committed to making a difference in the lives of those we care for. Our goal is to deliver the highest standard of care, treating our service users as we would our own family members. As a Support Worker, you will provide physical and emotional support, assisting with washing, dressing, and promoting independence where possible. Every day offers new experiences and the rewarding feeling of making a real difference in someone's life.
We will provide comprehensive training, including leadership development programs and opportunities for progression within Shaw. We also recognize outstanding performance through schemes such as the Shaw Star Awards and Long Service Awards.
No previous experience or qualifications are required; we are happy to support your development into an excellent member of our team.
Salary: £12.34 per hour
Working Hours: Bank contract, as/when required. Times to be discussed.
