Join Our Team as a Back of House Nandoca! We’re looking for passionate individuals to join us as Back of House Nandocas (our Team Members) at Nando’s!
Role Overview: The main responsibility of a Nandoca is to prepare and cook our signature PERi-PERi meals to delight our guests.
Position Details: We offer both full-time and part-time roles. No previous experience is necessary; just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to learn, and we will provide all the training you need.
What You Will Do:
- Create a welcoming atmosphere by making guests feel valued, cooking, grilling, and preparing meals to high standards.
- Set up, maintain, and close down clean, safe, and fully operational workstations.
- Perform deep cleaning to Nando’s standards.
