Position: B2B Account Executive

The B2B Account Executive is responsible for generating new revenue and driving sales growth by identifying, engaging, and acquiring prospective clients within an assigned territory. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing new business through prospecting, lead generation, cold calling, and scheduling and leading sales presentations.
  2. Aligning the company\’s products, services, and value propositions through meaningful cold calls to senior IT executives in the territory.
  3. Achieving set goals and metrics to ensure sales targets are met.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor\’s degree in any field.
  • At least 3 years of front-line sales experience, preferably in a highly transactional B2B sales environment, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Skills

  • Intellectual agility and curiosity; willingness to continually learn about the product and customer, and effectively demonstrate ITRG\’s value proposition.
  • Excellent communication and selling skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and compellingly with senior executives.
  • Active listening skills to understand and respond to customer needs.
  • Strong organization and time management skills to handle multiple sales activities effectively.
  • Persistence and resilience in managing the sales process, overcoming setbacks, and addressing challenges with creative solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Business acumen, with knowledge of the business environment and IT to engage customers effectively.
  • Self-awareness, motivation, and an understanding of personal strengths and areas for development.
  • Experience in advisory, information, or business services organizations.
