As part of the newly established Professional Services team, we are seeking an experienced professional to join us in the UK/EU region. This role can be either a hybrid work model or fully remote.
Responsibilities:
- Act as Agile Product Owner for external Professional Services within the Console Connect organization, engaging with Strategic Customer Accounts and their technical teams to understand business requirements related to various digital transformation projects and funnel these requirements to Console Connect agile development teams.
- Track ongoing agile team development of these ideas and update management on the progress regularly.
- Utilize Design Thinking Process to front-end with Strategic Customer Accounts, capturing new customer requirements and translating these into sellable professional service packages, formulating Epics & Features for management review and onward development.
- Identify and facilitate Customer to Sales & Presales business process automation projects, including LSO (Lifecycle Service Orchestration) and Inter-carrier automation.
- Manage sell-side API development and on-boarding for Console Connect’s strategic SaaS & Telco customers, tracking usage, generating statistics for reporting and improvement using Postman and Swagger tools.
- Oversee buy-side API development and on-boarding for Console Connect’s vendors, tracking usage and generating statistics for reporting and improvement.
- Engage in Solution Design Automation, including Configure, Price, Quote, Inventory Check, Port reservation, and feasibility.
- Attend Program Increment (PI) planning meetings and subsequent iteration update meetings to track progress of Epics in the backlog.
- Update the management team on progress of development projects, providing monthly status reports and tracking projects to logical conclusion.
- Conduct data analytics and reporting using Google Data Studio, Metabase BI Tool, Excel, Confluence (wiki), Jira, Trello, and other reporting tools.
- Participate in industry standard setting bodies such as MEF, TM Forum, Cban, GLF to contribute to the standardization of Buy/Sell API, LSO Projects, and MEF 3.0 certifications.
- Contribute to Blockchain-based inter-carrier settlements for Data on Demand.
