Responsibilities:

• Advise and represent clients in asylum and protection claims
• Prepare applications, witness statements, and legal submissions
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on asylum law developments
• Liaise with the Home Office, tribunals, and other relevant authorities
• Provide guidance on human rights claims and appeals
• Support clients in detention and complex asylum cases

Requirements:

• Legal qualification or relevant experience in asylum and immigration law
• Strong knowledge of UK asylum law, policies, and procedures
• Excellent case management and advocacy skills
• Ability to work with vulnerable individuals with sensitivity and professionalism
• Experience handling appeals and judicial reviews is an advantage
