As an auditor at EY, you will provide independent verification of our clients’ compliance with accounting principles. Your key responsibilities

• Leading engagements in accordance with firm methodologies, professional standards, and legal requirements
• Building and nurturing client relationships, providing advice and professionalism
• Understanding client needs and delivering value through knowledge, ideas, and solutions
• Managing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring smooth operations
• Performance management and coaching of junior colleagues
• Identifying staff needs, including resourcing and development
• Staying updated on market trends

You will be a high-profile contact, resolving complex issues, influencing clients and teams, and developing professional expertise for new challenges.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Experience leading external audit engagements (FTSE 100) in a senior managerial role
• CPA qualification
• Experience in financial services industry
• Project and people management skills

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Previous senior manager or equivalent experience
• Experience with US GAAP
• Experience with PCAOB audits and ICFR
• Managing large, multi-location audits
• Adaptability and strong communication skills
