Overview

Associate UX Research Analysts will form a core part of our growing and ambitious Pulse content team. The position involves utilizing UX skills and fintech knowledge to analyze and assess financial user journeys from around the world, while contributing insightful editorial content about fintech products. This role is essential for maintaining high-quality, up-to-date content on the Pulse platform and offers an excellent opportunity to enter the fintech industry and expand your UX skills and understanding.

Responsibilities

• Utilize your UX experience to conduct expert analysis of financial apps and websites globally.
• Gather user journeys from our panel of users.
• Develop a strong understanding of the fintech market and specialize in a particular area.
• Assist the Pulse team in identifying new financial service products for inclusion on the platform.
• Create editorial content to guide Pulse users towards high-quality product experiences, such as playlists with commentary.
• Contribute to our weekly newsletter by writing about trending financial services and fintech topics (banking, blockchain/crypto, investing, insurance, etc.).
• Participate actively in the Content Team’s editorial initiatives.
• Benchmark financial products’ UX and features with the Research team.
• Help clients identify useful user journeys and best UX practices.
• Collaborate closely with a friendly team on a daily basis.

Experience and Qualifications

• Interest and knowledge in UX/UI Design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Enjoy writing and can write at a relatively fast pace.
• Interest in fintech/financial services and eagerness to learn more about the industry and its products.
• Collaborative and engaged team player.
• Interest in specializing within a specific area of fintech/finance.

Please note: This role is a September start, with a salary range of £31k – £37k depending on experience.
